Background
As a clinical counsellor with a master's degree in counselling psychology, I believe that healing can happen when we are truly seen, heard, and honoured in our full humanity.
My practice, which is rooted in trauma-informed care, embodies my lived and professional experiences working with diverse communities. This includes individuals and families navigating addictions, mental health challenges, complex life stressors, brain injuries, and stroke across cultures.
